Not to be overly dramatic, but Tracie saved me—Literally! I was suffering from anxiety and depression but that is not why I went to Tracie. I started going to her, with the goal of losing weight (I had been on Weight Watchers for a year and not lost any weight). I knew something was wrong. Tracie recognized that I was sick and needed help before I was able to lose weight. While she is not a medical doctor, she referred me to one that took me off all synthetic hormones (birth control and synthroid, for hypothyroidism). I cannot begin to tell you what a difference this has made. I am a new person!
Tracie goes in baby steps with her clients. She recognizes that sudden big life changes are overwhelming which leave people less likely to stick with them. She taught me about gluten sensitivity (which my daughter and I both have), the need to keep a constant level blood sugar level as well, and the benefits of healthy cooking.
I have to admit that sometimes I thought her ideas were a bit “out there” (such as drinking gelatin with orange juice to maintain blood sugar), but I trusted her and benefited from her advice. I feel so much better!
I would also like to add that Tracie is honest and not someone out to simply make money from her clients, through selling supplements that she feels are unnecessary. She truly tries to help her clients get what they need through proper nutrition. I believe that her business is thriving because she is good at what she does and cares about her clients.
I have no hesitation or reservations about referring people to her. She literally saved me after years of complaining to ‘Western’ doctors of symptoms that were inexplicable to me and ignored. Tracie listened and sent me to a trusted physician for an area that was out of her realm of training and continued to treat me.
In short, I love Tracie! She will always have a special place in my heart (corny as hell, I know. But, when you felt like I did for so long and finally got help, you’d understand), and she’s worth every penny!!!
