Here are a few things for you to focus on as you begin changing your health for the better:
* Unforgiveness is poison! I have found over the years that bitterness, anger and resentment really can be detrimental to your health.
I encourage you to search your heart and mind to see if this is a poison you are drinking on a daily basis. If you need help, remember to check out the book Forgiveness Is A Choice by UW’s Robert Enright.
* Gratitude Works! Thankfulness can change everything.
Here’s another great resource called Gratitude Works. Recent dramatic advances in our understanding of gratitude have changed the question from “does gratitude work?” to “how do we get more of it?”
This book takes an in-depth look at how to cultivate gratitude in your life and create emotional prosperity.
* Are you living the life you were meant to live? Let’s be honest, the life you lead today may not be what you always dreamed of. And maybe the person you’ve become isn’t who you’ve always imagined.
If you’ve ever questioned who you are and why you’re here, a book called, The Dream of You, is a great resource for determining your real identity and what you were created for.
Because sometimes it can take traveling on a path of unknowns in order to discover your true purpose and your God-given potential.
