2 lbs of beef or pork stew meat
1 c green and red peppers, chopped
1 onion, chopped
Sea salt and pepper lightly
1 jar of green salsa
- Brown stew meat in a Dutch oven or on stovetop.
- Add peppers, onion and green salsa.
- Cook on (low heat) for 2.5 hours on the stove top (you can also brown on stove and transfer to a crock-pot and leave on low for 2.5 hours).
- Serve with white cheddar cheese, lime and on sprouted corn tortillas.

For an even easier way to prepare this great recipe – simply put the uncooked meat in a slow cooker and cover with the green salsa. Cook on low for at least 6 hours.
