Working with Tracie has changed my life! I have known Tracie for several years. She and I were in a weekly networking group and I had the luxury of getting to know her personally. As I learned more about her and her business, I realized the honesty and passion she brings to her practice.

The biggest obstacle in starting to use Tracie’s services was my commitment. I went to a few of her seminars and tried a few things here and there. Real success, however, wasn’t realized until I committed myself to the process.
In January of 2012, I decided to make some significant changes to my lifestyle. I wanted to drop some weight, become more active, and start eating better. The fitness program I chose to jumpstart “the new me” had a nutrition component to it as well. I read through their information and noticed that it was, in some ways, similar to what Tracie recommends; but there were some fundamental differences: using manufactured protein bars, eating the “wrong” fats, etc.
I used this as the perfect opportunity to start working with Tracie. I threw out the nutrition guide that came with my workout program and started seeing Tracie in weekly, individual meetings. I kept diligent logs of what I ate and we discussed this at every meeting. Tracie offered a lot of tips and ideas to keep me on track. I also took advantage of her body composition testing to monitor the changes as I moved forward.
I started at 217 pounds. Ten weeks later I had lost 21 pounds. Today—a year and a half later—I am down a total of 25 pounds. But more importantly, my body composition continues to improve as I lower my body fat, increase my muscle mass, and increase my metabolism.
In addition, I’ve also noticed that:
- I have more energy.
- I have a better attitude.
- I no longer have cravings for sweets or lots of carbs.
- I no longer get the shakes mid-morning.
- I no longer feel hungry throughout the day.
- I sleep better.
- I just feel better.
I recommend Tracie to many of my friends. The success I have seen in my life and her absolute passion for helping people make the recommendation easy.
Honestly, the process is not easy right away. It takes commitment. It takes time to read food labels. It takes time to prepare more foods at home. It costs a bit more to buy quality ingredients to make meals and snacks. Some days I have to force myself off the couch to get a little exercise. But if you do it—if you do it consistently—and use Tracie’s knowledge and feedback, you will succeed!
